The "Leadership Skills" Training Program has been successfully completed by several employees of the State Chancellery on March 24. The aim of the program was the improving of the civil servants leadership performance.

The principles of staff motivation, effective communication, conflict management, and institutional management were the topics of the seminar and workshops. Participants interacted to simulate various situations, to streamline teamwork, and to develop crisis management skills.

The training program took place between 16^th December 2017 and 24^th March 2018, with the support of the German International Cooperation Agency.
