The secretaries general in a meeting at the government

Today, the Deputy Secretary General of the Government Adrian Ermurachi chaired a meeting of the secretaries general of the ministries, at which 17 draft normative acts were proposed for approval.

 

The agenda included a draft law on the declaration of public utility for constructions of social interest, for the arrangement and access to the multipurpose arena of national interest, as well as a draft law on subsidized insurance in agriculture, which is meant to encourage farmers to insure their goods against the specific risks of the respective activity and to regulate the relations between insurers and agricultural producers.

 

In addition, several Regulations were discussed during the meeting, such as the Regulation on the issuance of certificates by the National Agency for Food Safety, sanitary rules for the placement and use of biocidal products on the market, as well as the Regulation on the functioning of technical vocational education programs through dual education. The latest regulates the mechanism of using financial means allocated from the state budget to support economic agents by compensating some expenses for the organization of the process of training of pupils under the programs of technical vocational education through dual education in order to create new jobs in the country.

 

At the same time, during the meeting was discussed the National Civil Aviation Security Programme.

 

The projects considered at today's meeting are to be approved by the relevant ministries.
