Competition announcement for the position of the member of the Superior Council of Prosecutors from civil society

The Government of the Republic of Moldova announces a competition for the position of the member of the Superior Council of Prosecutors from civil society.

 

In accordance to Art. 69 of the Law no. 3/2016 regarding the Prosecutor's Office and the Prime Minister's decision, No 104 of 24 October 2019, the candidate for the position of a member of the Supreme Council of Prosecutors must meet the following requirements:

 

(a) high degree in Law;

 

b) at least 3 years of experience in Law field;

 

c)  good  reputation  as an authority in their field of activity;

 

d) not to be convicted for committing an offence;

 

e) not to have unspoken disciplinary sanctions in the previous job as a prosecutor;

 

f) not to engage in any other paid activity, except for didactic, creative, scientific, sports and  activity in public associations.

 

Candidates can apply for this position in person or by e-mail, presenting the following acts:

 

a) motivation letter (not more than 2 pages);

 

b) curriculum vitae;

 

c)  copy of the identity card;

 

d)  copy of the diploma(s) of high education or its equivalent;

 

e) the statement on  own responsibility regarding the fulfillment of the conditions established in Article 69 of the Law no. 3/2016 regarding the Prosecutor's Office (free form);

 

(f) letter of recommendation from the organization of which they are  part or  cooperate or, as the case may be, the high education institution in which they work (optional).

 

Candidates will be evaluated and selected on the basis of the files submitted.
